- Open Event Booth on the operator iPhone.

What does Event Booth do?
Event Booth is an operator-run photo booth for live events. An operator captures photos on an iPhone, reviews and approves each one, then delivers it to the guest by Guest Link or QR code.
Do guests need to install anything or create an account?
No. Guests open a single approved photo through a Guest Link or QR code on their own phone — no app and no account.
What iOS version is required?
Event Booth isn’t on the App Store yet. It’s being built for iPhone, and the minimum iOS version will be confirmed when it ships.
How are guest photos delivered?
The primary delivery is a Guest Link / QR code. Fallbacks include Share, AirDrop, Email, Message, and Save to Photos.
How long do guest links last?
Guest links expire after 24 hours by default, and an operator can revoke any link at any time.
Troubleshooting
Camera won’t open or there is no camera permission
Open Settings → Event Booth and enable Camera access, then reopen the app.
Can’t save to Photos
Open Settings → Event Booth and enable Photos access so approved photos can be saved.
Guest Link won’t load or shows “Guest links unavailable”
Confirm the operator device has a working connection when generating the link, then create a fresh link for the guest.
Guest sees “expired” or “revoked”
Guest links expire after 24 hours by default and can be revoked. Generate a new link and share it again.
Guest didn’t get their photo
Re-share the Guest Link or QR code, or use a fallback (AirDrop, Message, Email, or Save to Photos).
