Tea Atlas — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tea Atlas and the Curiosell website handle information. Tea Atlas is designed as a privacy-first tool.

1. Information Collected in the Tea Atlas App

Tea Atlas does not collect, store, or transmit personal information during normal app use. All tea reference data and any user browsing activity remains on your device.

Tea Atlas does not currently require account creation, login, cloud sync, or a backend service for normal app use.

2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Tea Atlas does not intentionally collect personal information from within the app for advertising, analytics, or account profiling purposes.

3. Information You May Send Through the Website

If you contact us through the Curiosell website or email, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use that information only to respond to your request and provide support.

4. Website Technical Data

Like most websites, our site may automatically receive limited technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, and server log data for security and site maintenance purposes.

5. Analytics and Tracking

Tea Atlas does not include advertising and does not use third-party analytics for tracking user activity. The app does not track your behavior, browsing habits, or usage patterns.

6. Data Storage and Retention

All app data is stored locally on your device. Tea Atlas does not use cloud storage, remote databases, or sync services for normal app operation.

Messages sent through our website or email may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when necessary to operate the website, comply with legal obligations, or respond to lawful requests.

8. Third-Party Services

Tea Atlas is distributed through Apple’s App Store and may be tested through TestFlight. Your use of Apple services is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy practices. Tea Atlas does not integrate with any other third-party services.

9. Your Choices

You can delete the app and all associated data at any time by uninstalling Tea Atlas from your device. Since no data is collected remotely, there is nothing to request deletion of from our servers.

10. Children’s Privacy

Tea Atlas is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
